Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

Health and Behavior Consultations:


Health consultations include a body scan where I can pick up pain and/or discomfort within the body of the animal ONLY if they agree to share their pain with me. They may have a health issue that is not perceived as an issue to them in which case they may not disclose that information with me. If I do pick up on something, I will give you all of the information I receive for your use but please understand the pain and discomfort I pick up on is FROM THE ANIMALS PERSPECTIVE. While this information can be handy in treating issues or helping to diagnose, I am not a veterinarian, I am not diagnosing and I am not trying to cure the animal. If there are health concerns it is advisable to consult a veterinarian.


Behavior consultations are not designed to fix behavioral problems. They are designed to gain a better understanding of how the animal thinks, why it does a certain behavior and how it could react to various training methods. The information received is to help an owner strategize training methods in order to work with the animal to help a behavioral problem.

Services provided by Kara Daniels and Deep Root Connections are not designed to cure, diagnose or act as a substitute for veterinary care. I do not diagnose or treat animals. Please consult your veterinarian for medical concerns.


Cancellation and Refund Policy:


Payment is due in full prior to your session. Fees are subject to change without notice and vary depending on the service requested. Once payment is received, your session will be formally booked and I will return your written transcript within 7 days of booking. If the session is to be conducted via Zoom or phone, then messages will be provided at the agreed upon appointment time.

Cancellation Policy:

While I hope we are never in this situation, I do understand that things happen and you might need to cancel or reschedule your session. In order to receive a full refund, I will need to know within 24 hours after you pay for your session that you’d like your money back. That way nobody loses precious time. Thank you for being considerate.



Refund Policy:

In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your session, please send Kara an e-mail outlining your complaint. Please describe in detail what your expectations were and how they were not met.

E-mail Sessions: If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your e-mail session, you have 24 hours after I send you the transcript, to reach out and ask for a refund.

All sales are final for classes and workshops.
