What People Are Chirping About
"What an amazing session. I am blown away by the messages my animal guides have given. I feel a warmth in my soul, as if reconnecting with old friends that I’ve lost touch with. I am in awe! Amazing!"
Michelle Porlier
"WOW!! That was deep and brought tears to my eyes. I never would have guessed a Falcon was my guide! I'm excited to connect to my Falcon, I was able to tell by his message that he is strong."
Laurie Prinzivalli
"My mind is blown!
I knew I had a special connection to the elephant but I had no idea how deep it went. I cannot wait to explore the unique medicine she offers me and how we can grow our relationship from here on out."

About Kara
I’ve always felt like a bit of an odd duck, as I have always walked or danced to my own tune. My grandmother called me a “wild-child” but not in the sense of me misbehaving or having too much energy, she was referring to my messy, untamed hair, muddy, bare feet, my love for wild animals and my innate curiosity for all things natural. I was the embodiment of a wild-child, one who connects deeply with nature.
Growing up, I inhabited the urbanized environment of Albuquerque, New Mexico. With less than wild places to play in, I had to get my daily dose of wild wonder in by watching the local ant hills, the butterflies in my backyard and luckily for me, my family had several pets that I could connect with. It was common to find me wandering the house embodying the energy and power of a cougar protecting my realm, outside dancing with the wind as if we were one, watching the clouds roll by trying to see hidden images, enjoying the sunsets or looking up at the night sky. My imagination was vivid and untamable as was my hair. Even my dreams were occupied with wild animals and I regularly dreamt of whales and wolves.
My only reprieve from the domestication of the city was through summer vacations to the mountains. In my mind, this was my home. The trees, the rocks, the streams, the wild animals and plants… yes, that is where I belonged. My home was amongst the trees. That is where I could fly and get lost in my curious mind.
Little did I know that my entire childhood was training for what was yet to come, my soul purpose and mission and eventual creation of Deep Root Connections.
Please join me in this Wild Connections Workshop and take the first step back to wild side.
I hope to see you there!
